About Us
Brandon & Gianna Hubert
Brandon is a culinary arts graduate from Sullivan University. After getting married in 2021, he quit his sous chef position and pursued the coffee industry. Since then, Brandon has excelled in his barista skills and became director of coffee roasting at Legacy Coffee Co. in Columbia, TN.
Gianna is currently a nightshift registered nurse working in Nashville full time who naturally has an immense love/need for coffee.
With their shared love for music, coffee, and people G Flat made its debut after providing coffee for a friends wedding as a gift. After the couple saw the simple joy coffee brought to the wedding party and its guests, they knew that starting this catering business together was meant to be.
